East River Building Project

May 2026 Update

Giving campaign:
  • $3,316,172 + in commitments and gifts made.
  • $1,900,000 in money received.
  • 258 households have made commitments or have given.
Rock Creek campus expansion:
  • Floor plans for new buildings finalized.
Coming up:
  • Waiting for final approval of building permits from Washington County.

Ezekiel Project

What We've Done Since We Moved In May of 2024
  • Redesigned all the kids' classrooms
  • Painted the inside of the building
  • Repaired & re-striped the parking lot
  • Updated & replace parking lot lighting
  • Changed signage
  • Installed a cross in the front
  • Removed diseased trees from property
  • Made building repairs
  • Installed security cameras & an alarm system
  • Serviced & replaced the HVAC systems
  • Installed new water fountain & repaired plumbing
  • Added a coffee stand in the lobby
  • Completed sound & lighting in the sanctuary
  • The portable unit was repaired & turned into three additional KidLife classrooms
  • The existing container has become storage
  • A temporary fellowship hall tent was added for more space
What We're Working On
  • All building drawings and engineering is complete 
  • We are awaiting building permits from Washington County
  • The projected date to break ground is now Fall 2026
  • We are continuing fundraising efforts. The next event is the 'Raise the Roof' Dinner & Auction Gala September 25. (See the home page for the link.)
