We have group rates at the Holiday Inn Express, Kathryn Riverfront Inn, & Rivertide Suites or you're welcome to choose other accommodations. See chart below for group rates.

Please fill out each page of the registration and click SUBMIT. If you plan to pay online, use the Giving page. Otherwise, you can pay in person at the retreat table.

A $50 deposit must be made at the time of registration. You will be automatically redirected to the Giving page after you submit this form. If you are choosing to pay online, do so before September 28, 2025. You may also pay in person at the retreat table at church on the weekends. Final payments will be due no later than September 28, 2025. Registration closes on September 14, 2025. No refunds allowed after September 15, 2025.

By submitting this registration and in agreement for you to attend this event, you understand the possibility of any unforeseen hazards and know the inherent possibility of risk. You agree not to hold East River Fellowship, its leaders, employees, and volunteer staff liable for damages, losses, diseases, or injuries incurred at this event.
